Once upon a time

• The Courier, who had cheated death in the cemetery outside Goodsprings, cheated death once again, and the Mojave Wasteland was forever changed.

• The Courier, with the aid of Yes Man, drove both the Legion and the NCR from Hoover Dam, securing New Vegas' independence from both factions.

• With Mr. House out of the picture, part of the Securitron army was diverted to The Strip to keep order. Any chaos on the streets was ended quickly. Chaos became uncertainty, then acceptance. With minimal loss of life. New Vegas assumed it's position as an independent power in the Mojave.

Yet such a bold endeavor could never be claimed a happy ending with out the recognition of so many allies.

The Courier who began our story with a bullet in the skull, dug his way out of that grave and rose to unite more than just New Vegas but a greater Independent Mojave region as a whole.

There were many paths the Courier could have taken, any and all held equal potential for death, disfigurement, slavery or tyranny..

Yet as I've said and I will say again later, the goal of this tale is to lead us toward a happy ending and one way or the other, an ending we shall have.

So all epic adventures require a decisive beginning. Many details will be glossed over and others inflated for better examination and celebration of this story's flow. After all, this is just the tale of one Courier and a lone some road taken.

The town of Good springs could be called by some a passable footnote as they never take part in the battle for Hoover Damn but this assumes word of mouth has no value in the building of a living legend. Good springs was a vital source as the Currier took his first steps from the grave, back into the wild waist land and further into future Fallout history.

Hold on I'm about to bring it all home ~ I'm just gathering notes so far.
